Sheldon Bishop offers a wide variety of services which enables us to tailor the service to suit the landlords’ precise needs. The extent of the services required, proximity of the properties to the office and number of properties provided will always determine the level of fees charged and these fees are subject to negotiations between the landlord and the manager of the office.
Our standard guide to fees charged are as follows
Letting only service is charged at 10% (inclusive of VAT) of the reserved rent
Rent collection service is charged at 2.5% (inclusive of VAT) of the reserved rent
Full management service 6% (inclusive of VAT) of the reserved rent
Renewal fees for the let only service 6% (inclusive of VAT) of the reserved rent
The management service does incorporate a wide range of services so please refer to our management pack and should there be aspects of this service not required we can adjust the fees accordingly.
