We understand that renting can be a minefield at times, with hidden costs of tenancy applications making it difficult for tenants to assess the financial cost of moving.
In order to simplify the process Sheldon Bishop only charge ONE FEE for tenants and this this cost per property will be one week of the advertised rent inclusive of VAT.
This charge covers referencing, preparation of legal documents, security of money collection, holding of all monies until you have gained possession of the property and inventory checks.
Additional fees that can be charged during or after the tenancy are as follows;
Should you wish to break free from a tenancy and replace yourself with another tenant that is deemed suitable to your fellow tenants, the agents and landlord a contract change fee, per tenant £110.00 inclusive of VAT.
Should the tenants require an additional inventory to be carried out as a result of a tenant/tenancy change £110.00 inclusive of VAT.
If you are a tenant wishing to add yourself to an existing tenancy administered by Sheldon Bishop the agency will be required to carry out referencing and back ground checks per tenant £110.00 inclusive of VAT.
Should you renew a tenancy a fee is applicable of £50.00 inclusive of VAT per tenant.
Sheldon Bishop does not currently have client money protection. Sheldon Bishop does have professional indemnity and employer’s liability insurance in place.
